Reboot Therapy LLC is committed to providing exceptional care. When you book your appointment, you are holding a space in our calendar that is no longer available to our other patients. If cancellation/rescheduling is necessary, we require that you call before 3 PM the day before the appointment. If your appointment is on a Monday, the cut-off time is 3 p.m. on Friday. If prior notification is not given, you will be charged $60 for the missed appointment. Appointments are in high demand, and your advance notice will allow other patients access to that appointment time.

The length of each therapy session can vary depending on the individual's needs and treatment plan. Typically, sessions last between 45 and 60 minutes.
During your first therapy session, you can expect to undergo an evaluation that includes an assessment of your abilities and limitations. Your therapist will work with you to identify your goals and develop a personalized treatment plan based on your needs and preferences.
It is recommended to wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement during therapy sessions. Please wear walking/workout shoes or non-skid socks only during standing activities, transfer training, or gait(walking) training is indicated during your session. It is also important to wear any necessary assistive devices or braces.
According to American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA), Occupational therapists focus on the things you want and need to do in your daily life. Occupational therapy intervention uses everyday life activities (occupations) to promote health, well-being, and your ability to participate in the important activities in your life. This includes any meaningful activity that a person wants to accomplish, including taking care of yourself and your family, working, volunteering, going to school, among many others.
According to American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), Physical therapists are movement experts who improve quality of life through prescribed exercise, hands-on care, and patient education. Physical therapists examine each person and develop a treatment plan to improve their ability to move, reduce or manage pain, restore function, and prevent disability. They help people achieve fitness goals, regain or maintain their independence , and lead active lives.
